Every EmailQA account gets its own private address. Send a test to it from Loops, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io or anything else that sends email, and it shows up as a new project, ready to render on real devices and review with your team.
Included on every plan, including Free
Find it in Settings under "Send a test to EmailQA", or in New Project under "Email it in". It is random and private to your account.
Use your ESP's send-test button, or forward an email as an attachment from Gmail or Outlook.
It arrives as a new project named after the subject line, usually within a minute. Render it on real devices, share the link and collect comments.
The same email your subscribers would get, turned into a project without copying HTML out of your platform.
EmailQA keeps the email's HTML exactly as your platform sent it, so the preview matches what lands in inboxes. Text-only emails are shown as plain text.
Forward an email as an attachment and EmailQA previews the original email, not your forwarding note.
Projects take the subject line as their name, without tags like [TEST] or Fwd:. Add a label after a plus sign, like yourcode+welcome@…, and the email still arrives.
Choose whether new projects land in your personal workspace or in one of your teams.
Settings lists every email that arrived and what happened to it. If one can't become a project, EmailQA emails you the reason.
Only someone who knows your address can send to it, and you can replace it with one click. Previews never run scripts from emailed-in HTML.
You can also connect those, and six other ESPs, and import templates and campaigns directly. Sending a test works everywhere, including the platforms without a direct integration.
See the ESP integrationsAnything that can send an email to an address: an ESP's send-test button, a marketing automation tool, a transactional email service or your own mail client. It is the way in for platforms EmailQA doesn't integrate with directly, such as Loops, Braze, Iterable and Customer.io. Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot and six other ESPs can also be imported directly.
Usually under a minute after you hit send. If you are waiting in the New Project window, the project opens on its own when it arrives.
Each email you send becomes a new project, so it counts like any other project. The Free plan includes 3 projects a month, and Pro and Business include unlimited projects.
Yes. Forward it as an attachment, which Gmail and Outlook both offer, and EmailQA previews the original email. A regular forward also works, but mail clients change an email when they forward it inline, so the preview shows the forwarded version.
Open Settings and check the list of recent deliveries. It shows each email that arrived and, if one couldn't be imported, why. EmailQA also emails you when an email can't become a project, for example when it had no HTML or your plan's project limit was reached.
It is a random string that is private to your account. Anyone who knows it can add projects to your account, so treat it like a password, and replace it in Settings if it ever leaks. The old address stops working immediately. Emailed-in HTML is previewed in a sandbox where scripts can't run.
Emails up to about 10 MB are accepted, far more than a typical campaign, and the email's HTML can be up to 5 MB.
