Your Klaviyo emails, one click away

No exporting HTML or copying code out of Klaviyo. Your most recently edited templates and your draft email campaigns are listed in EmailQA. Pick one and it's ready to test.

Testing a flow email? Save it as a template in Klaviyo and it shows up here too.

How it works

Step 1

Connect Klaviyo

Click Connect Klaviyo and approve read-only access on Klaviyo’s own screen. You land straight in the template picker.

Step 2

Pick an email

Choose one of your most recently edited templates or a draft email campaign. EmailQA imports its name and HTML, nothing else.

Step 3

Test it and share it

Check real-device renders, links, images and spelling, then share one link. Reviewers comment without an account.

See what dark mode does before your subscribers do

Email clients apply their own dark mode to your email, and each one does it differently. EmailQA shows you the result in each client.

Sample shipping-confirmation email in classic Outlook for Windows, light mode: navy header and white Track Package button

Classic Outlook for Windows, light mode

The same email in classic Outlook for Windows, dark mode: the header turned slate blue and the button turned black

Classic Outlook for Windows, dark mode

The same sample email. In dark mode Outlook repainted the header and flipped the button.

Everything you check before a Klaviyo send

Real email clients

Screenshots from Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail, in light and dark mode, so you see what subscribers will see.

Readable merge tags

Turn on Clean it up to show Klaviyo fields like {{ first_name }} as [First Name]. Your HTML stays exactly as Klaviyo stores it.

Links, images and spelling

Broken links, missing images and typos are flagged next to the renders, before anyone clicks send.

Comments on the email itself

Reviewers click the spot they mean and leave a comment there. No account, no screenshot threads.

One approved version

Approve the version that is ready to send, so nobody ships last week’s draft.

Test sends

Send the email to your own inbox from EmailQA for a final check.

Read-only by design

EmailQA asks Klaviyo for three read-only permissions and uses each one for a single job.

  • accounts:read

Reads your Klaviyo account name, so EmailQA’s Klaviyo settings show which account is connected.

  • templates:read

Lists your email templates and reads the HTML of the one you import.

  • campaigns:read

Lists your draft email campaigns and reads the HTML of the one you import.

  • Never sends email, edits templates or changes anything in Klaviyo.
  • No access to profiles, lists, segments or metrics.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
  • Disconnect any time from Settings → Klaviyo, or uninstall EmailQA in Klaviyo.

Klaviyo integration FAQ

Does EmailQA change anything in my Klaviyo account?

No. EmailQA has read-only access. It lists your templates and draft campaigns and reads the HTML of the one you import. It never edits, sends or deletes anything in Klaviyo.

Which Klaviyo emails can I import?

Templates (the ten you edited most recently) and draft email campaigns. Pick one and EmailQA pulls in its HTML.

Can I import flow emails?

Not directly. Open the flow email in Klaviyo and choose Save as template. It then appears at the top of EmailQA’s Klaviyo picker. You can also paste the HTML.

What happens to Klaviyo tags like {{ first_name }}?

Renders show the email as Klaviyo stores it, tags included. Turn on Clean it up to swap fields for readable placeholders such as [First Name]. It changes the preview only, never your HTML.

Do reviewers need an EmailQA account?

No. Anyone you share the link with can view the email and leave comments without signing up.

How do I disconnect Klaviyo?

In EmailQA, go to Settings → Klaviyo and click Disconnect, or uninstall EmailQA in Klaviyo. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and revokes EmailQA’s access. Emails you already imported stay in EmailQA.
